Uranus in Scorpio places the urge to break free in a feeling, instinctive, tidal key. Being fixed, it digs in, holds its position, and resists being moved.
Scorpio is the fixed water sign, ruled by Mars. Its keynote is intensity, depth, what lies beneath. Placed here, Uranus (disruption and awakening) takes on that colouring, so read the two together on the Scorpio arc of the wheel.
